Faces & Facets of Jewish Life in Maine

During a six-week, 7,000-mile journey across the state, Israeli photographer Hedva Rokach photographed more than 300 members of Maine’s Jewish community. Faces & Facets of Jewish Life in Maine brings together these portraits alongside personal stories and QR-code–linked video interviews, offering a vivid and deeply human portrait of Jewish life across Maine today. The book serves as the companion publication to the Maine Jewish Museum exhibition There Is Always an & and is available through the Museum Shop.
